COCONUT MILK – VEGAN MILK

I’ve started to make my own coconut milk and I’ll be honest , it has changed my life.  The coconut milk in my coffee is game changing . It adds such a delicious creamy flavour to any beverage . I also use this coconut milk in my smoothies , lattes , curries , coffee , tea , sauces , cake batter, etc

Preparation Time : 20 mins

Serves: 350 ml

Ingredients:

●300 gram coconut pieces
●1 cup water

Method:

◆In a mixer jar , add  coconut pieces and 1/2 cup water . Blend this all together .

◆Take out this mixture in a muslin cloth or nut bag . Squeeze it with your hands.

◆Repeat this same procedure thrice . Also keep adding 1/2 cup water while blending
